These funds are available to active members of Alpha Eta of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI). Members may submit one application per year and preference is given to those who have not been funded in the previous three years. A current board member may apply for these funds and such application precludes participation in the review and selection process for the year in which the board member applies. The funds are awarded for completion of a specific activity, within one year from the date of award notification. If the awardee is unable to complete the activity within one calendar year, funds must be returned to and the member must reapply if funds are still required. The usual range of funding is $500-$1000 per award.
